Living in a mobile home has many avatages so does living in a conventional home.

Also Living in a mobile home reduces you city taxes, in some cities you don’t even pays taxes when living in a mobile house. But a mobile home is much hard to heat in the winter even if it is smaller. Those will put your electric or gaz bill to the roof!
